I’m curious about the specifics us $PSTH holders get in regards to NAV entry for PSTH II. Will our investment in PSTH II be capped to the same value of our $PSTH position (as of when)? Would love more info

It will be less. If Ackman had $12Bn of interest in 2 days re:
$PSTH, and selected the investors, capping the total at $4Bn... he will have new Institutional investors to let in this time. Maybe no2 is bigger, but you still aren't getting a 1:1 allocation, nowhere close.
Why the hell not. Seems like he would want to be loyal to retail that couldn’t get in at NAV and still held.
