Some do. $MP's prospectus has a provision allowing for redemption if the stock was under $18. But they did not need to use it.

That’s interesting. Can you guys name a couple of SPAC where they have a similar clause?
$GHVI is NOT, that’s for sure..2 replies 0 retweets 2 likes -
$GHVI “if, and only if, the last reported sale price of our Class A common stock equals or exceeds $10.00 per share on the trading day prior to the date on which we send the notice of redemption to the warrant holders”1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

All I trying to say is, even though its rare ,many SPACs do have a clause to support the cashless redemption of warrants about $10.

@ajitosu you inspired me to enter the world of spac and warrants. I’m just trying to clear few misunderstandings even though I could be utterly wrong.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

I’m truly interested in knowing what all have a different redemption clause than norm. We all learn from each other..2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -
Read.

Easy for you to say who is invested only in a handful of SPACs.

If I’ll read everything what other ppl gonna do. Joke aside, I generally read proposed businesses and management section (and more) and follow the price action for a better entry. I’m generally out much before2 replies 0 retweets 1 like -

Lol it's a whole different challenge when you have sooo many SPACs! Cashless or regular redemption at or below $18,who really cares if your average is a $1 or below,in either case you are good bud,so personally I don't worry too much about this though I do read the prospectus..

Absolutely true...Its amazing when I’m very confident that
$IPOEWS trading at $5.70 can go to $7.50 (and above) within a couple of months but still investing more into$CHAAWS ($0.70) or$PAQCW ($0.70) and the list goes on...It’s all about which one can give a higher ROI

I feel like CHAA is targeting airwallex but will take others.

It doesn’t fit their prospectus does it? Australian fintech, not sure if mining crypto is fintech enough, but maybe!
