That’s interesting. Can you guys name a couple of SPAC where they have a similar clause? $GHVI is NOT, that’s for sure..

$GHVI “if, and only if, the last reported sale price of our Class A common stock equals or exceeds $10.00 per share on the trading day prior to the date on which we send the notice of redemption to the warrant holders”

All I trying to say is, even though its rare ,many SPACs do have a clause to support the cashless redemption of warrants about $10.

@ajitosu you inspired me to enter the world of spac and warrants. I’m just trying to clear few misunderstandings even though I could be utterly wrong.

I’m truly interested in knowing what all have a different redemption clause than norm. We all learn from each other..

Easy for you to say who is invested only in a handful of SPACs. If I’ll read everything what other ppl gonna do. Joke aside, I generally read proposed businesses and management section (and more) and follow the price action for a better entry. I’m generally out much before
