Heard from a sponsor today that engaging a valuation firm and third accountant to analyze warrant impact, which then has to be signed off by SPAC and target auditors to satisfy SEC position has added 3-4 weeks to filing S-4. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED = SLOWDOWN ACHIEVED.
