      Easy, his Q1 reference was not a promise, it was a target. his deadline is in the S-1. I can guarantee you that Bill doesn't like missing dates and he's got a reputation he doesn't want tarnished. He is going to deliver, even if it takes longer than expected.

      With 300k + followers you know he doesn’t see your messages and therefore sucking up to him doesn’t impress him, right? Promise, obligation, whatever. He mentioned it and then told everyone he felt he would meet it.

      The fact he didn’t then chose not to update his followers with bad news as fast as he chose to send his rap video may not be illegal, but it was certainly unethical and proved opposite of what he’s on record of saying

      This is the reason I believe a deal is either very close or the original deal fell through. He did wait, likely because he was making progress. I’m optimistic he comes through soon, but I’m realistic as well.

      Agreed these are the two most likely scenarios / reasons. But I also think the chances of him having a deal at the 1 yard line is much more remote as he would still be doing his weird tweets (having fun). The complete silence tells a more realistic picture of what happened

      Maybe he is tired of being harassed by people like us 😂. I think Bill is legitimately pushing hard for a deal or trying to find something that is a good value. I honestly believe it’s possible he saw the writing on the wall and started looking overseas.
