$PSTH is double sized so it should spend twice as much on legal fees, amirite?
I don't think twice as much trust valuemeans twice the fees. I imagine complexity, long term agreements, etc is what drives the cost. Also, how many equity holders there are might be significant driver in time. 3m is not massive but also not something to ignore.
