for the first time in My career, Someone asked for their money back for My course because it was too"Difficult to understand" I was like "Seriously, can you count to 3 and see green or red?" Sometimes you can't fix stupid. 30 years of work, you won't put in 5 minutes to get it?

I understand your point of view. All I know is that Rob over delivers. That the Strat is truthful (and I verified it 100 times before adopting it as true). So I’m biased as I know the product. I dealt with customers for years, and that really sound suspicious. Doesn’t make sense.

It’s like paying for driving lesson, then failing the driving test.. then go back to the driving school and asking for a refund...
