What is your worry? Wanting to learn your thinking
You have all of these investment vehicles tying up capital. Sponsors get very favorable terms and they may choose to make a bad deal just for the cheap equity. Eventually either you run out of good companies or you run out of investors wanting to be fleeced. Just my 2 cents,.

Ok yeah that makes sense. So many startups are going public through SPACs. I wonder if VCs are pissed about their moat getting blown out all of a sudden. Or SPACs are just taking all the ugly ducklings that VCs didn't wanna fund anymore?
