@JulianKlymochko Hey Julian, a while back you posted some information about average time for a SPAC to find a target. I can't find it, could you repost it. Also, I am curious are there any stats about how often spacs announce on certain weekdays. Genuinely just curious. Thanks!

You have all of these investment vehicles tying up capital. Sponsors get very favorable terms and they may choose to make a bad deal just for the cheap equity. Eventually either you run out of good companies or you run out of investors wanting to be fleeced. Just my 2 cents,.
