Baseball term. Its the batter thats up to bat after the batter thats "on deck".

I use it to list stocks I don't expect to be actionable this week, but think they may be actionable in the next couple weeks. "On Deck" stocks are ones I think may be actionable this week. "At Bat" are stocks I own.
