The more interesting thing to look at is institutions increasing their positions multiple times.

I guess my question is this...what's the rush to the door for the founders? Why take the stock public via SPAC which is a shortcut to an IPO and then rush out? You could've held 50% of the stock, left it in a trust and let the business in better hands.

That could be said of any person that sells a company. The founders made around 600m and they’re old. I think they realized it was time for them to step back and let the pros finish their vision. Just my opinion.
