I am so excited to share that I have accepted a Lead Meteorologist position at NWS Portland! I am so incredibly sad to be leaving NWS Sacramento & the wonderful people there who have helped set me up for success, but I'm also very excited to start this next chapter of my career!

This graphic shows the weekend forecast for our interior lowlands, coast, and Cascades from Thursday January 19 to Sunday January 22. For the interior lowlands, highs will be in the mid to upper 40s and lows will be in the upper 20s to lower 30s. For the coast, highs will be in the upper 40s to lower 50s and lows will be in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Both the interior lowlands and coasts will see a chance of rain on Saturday. For the Cascades, highs will be in the low to mid 30s and lows will be in the upper teens to mid 20s, with a chance of snow on Saturday.
