what happens when you center abusers in social analysis, as opposed to victims, is that you begin arguing that someone who did wrong deserves to be held not as accountable as you may be planning to because “everyone” who “deserves” that punishment hasn’t gotten it; it’s ludicrous

i’d rather use that social analysis for caring about how different victims are treated and how you can see the systemic, sociopolitical injustices in that than how some Bad, powerful people aren’t all rung up simulated by the same system that produced and enables violence + abuse
