constant comparison, thirst for validation, and parasocial engagement is very unhealthy for long periods of time every single day. take hours, or better yet take days, off of twitter if you ever feel yourself “hating” it.

do not listen to that voice going “well it’s not that serious” or going “but likes and RTs give me validation so how will I go on” like yea that response to possibly not being here is literally the problem! take a step back! regroup. return if you really want or need to. repeat.
