i was always “smart” and i grew into some deep social awareness but i didn’t have willpower or impulse control until more recently in my life and that’s my best improvement of myself

also I think holding yourself accountable isn’t some grand performance—it shows in how you continue your life. i ain’t who i used to be so stand down!!!
