ig if you feel uncomfortable calling yourself a socialist/communist w/o doing certain work i understand but i think it’d be a political move to brand ourselves that way as our minimum

i think socialist is a better umbrella term than leftist because all leftists want a kind of socialism anyway and in america the left is assumed to be liberals so it’s hit harder to call ourselves socialists if somehow communist is too specific
