i think working out should feel good and be about tuning into your body in a very internal way. it’s barely more than external labor people more or less do to reach acceptable goals of body.

working out should be fun and able to be done without buying things; it should be more “natural”. you should feel less stressed, though tired, and good about being connecting to and moving your body. i just feel like working out doesn’t have to be how it’s so often portrayed
