i find confrontation serves better than passive aggression. even if it’s led some very warped people to see me as a bad person (to put it lightly). avoidance is cowardice and there is no cowardice in a healthy dynamic.

i communicate my anger in a way that shows i understand why i’m angry and that there’s no punishment for the person i’m angry with. if you care about someone you pay attention to why/how they get angry with you and not just center how hurt you are. get over yourself or be alone.
