it's self confirmation. i've seen many black kids act out in public. we know hitting kids doesn't work so we know there's little correlation

i see "white kids are bad because they don't get beat" as a way of signaling how good we Blacks Are behaviorally because we do what needs to be done but if you understand power dynamics between parents and kids it just makes white people sound like overall better people
