why would i listen a white person talk about nonwhite issues from any perspective but theirs? which would add nothing. see how that works?

spread the knowledge of whatever group you're talking about directly because they definitely said it already otherwise you couldn't copy it.

when you do talk on some things you can usually add "[affected/relevant groups] have said this". let us know where the knowledges come from.
