Yes! The binder can't flat the chest and less if you have a big chest but at least big shirt exists
i never wanna take clothes from people who are that size at the same time cuz I'm skinny so I do the sink in chest thing often

Yeah I understand, as i am fat i just buy one more size and it works well But yeah you're so skinny but I think you do a really good job with your flat chest
