you can not convince me standing on my feet for hours and dealing with the-customer-is-always-right bullshit, as awful and dehumanizing as that all is, is somehow comparable to having sex with people I don't necessarily know or like.

there are actually so many things fucked up about sex work period I had to stop there because I could go on and on about how especially heinous it is. many people've found success and are empowered by it but anyone preaching it as just like everything else? hard fuck no.

i agree tbh i think that sw should be decriminalized (not legalized) and the reason why people are so against that idea is because any critique towards sw is taken as a punch to some kind of “sexual liberation” and that’s a tired ass argument
