people will say "they don't understand" when what they actually mean is "i don't agree"

I understand things I don't agree with all the time. But when it comes to feelings, there's dishonesty in people saying they don't get it. there's nothing to get, I said how I feel. even so you should be curious not defensive. no need to agree with what I feel to do right by me.

if you can't understand something I see how you would be careful before agreeing or disagreeing but i urge y'all to investigate whether it's that you "don't understand" or if you're just not rocking. be honest with yourself and be honest to the people around you.
