wish we had precedents of community intervention when parents abuse their kids in public cuz why tf are you so comfortable doing that

i include verbal abuse when i say people should intervene. kids are not property and parents don't have the right to treat children any way.

it's cowardly to think how parents engage with their kids is "private" or none of our business. if it's public, so should your reprimanding!
