It doesn't matter if 1 organization controls the OperatorFilter, or a committee of 10. It is censorship that violates Artistic Soverignty. The only entity that should have any say on how an Artist's Contract operates is the Artist. twitter.com/opensea/status…

how is this anti-competitive? This ensures that no single entity has a monopoly on deciding which marketplaces do / don't get included in the blacklist. If you enforce royalties, the council takes you off the blacklist. Curious if enforcing royalties gets them added to multi-sig
