So that's where the fraternity part comes into play: it's the unified healthcare system, and all taxes we pay that are redistributed for example as student grants attributed according to the family earnings or other similar helps one can get from the state

So applying equality limits freedom, but somewhat prevents balancing established biases, and fraternity in turn helps evening this out
