"Narcissistic personality disorder, histrionic personality disorder, and another personality disorder called anankastic personality disorder are actually more common in high-level executives than in mentally disordered criminal offenders at the high-security Broadmoor Hospital."

I don't understand the question but all of those men listed, and others, are having to account, finally.

Those who happen to live or work with a narcissist know all too well how problematic such relationships can be. For a narcissist, almost everything is about him, despite his hidden agendas. In the end they cause more pain to others than rude but honest person.

I lived with one; my kiddo married one. Until we each kicked them out of our lives, but not without significant pain for both of us as well as the people around us.

Why are narcissism and psychopathy used interchangeably in this article. Are they considered the same now?

The only reason Trump got away with it is because he was gifted through shady loopholes millions of dollars. If Trump was your average Joe he'd be in prison, homeless, or institutionalized.

Sociopaths get away with many things, like murder. Malignant narcissist with a sadistic revengeful disorder is more than dangerous! Please call it what it is! INSANITY! Dangerous volatile human that is loose, that he needs to be kept on a chain now at every minute of the day ‼️
