thank you! sage's work is so alive. i was also surprised to encounter similar structures in rd, physarum, and this. perhaps these forms emerge in any system with a diffusion combined with a gradient-driven change (rd ∇∇, physarum trail-seeking). wdyt

hey there! the entire video is the same vector/chemical model (described a bit in another reply), but with different params. those tendrils are from spiking divergence i think
