No error message. It was all done on twitch so I’m guessing a viewer did it because I wasn’t listening to any music at the time. It was then exported to YouTube. It’s about 14 seconds long. I just had no idea it was there until I exported and got the email about the claim

Hmm, have you taken a look at our Help Center resource on removing claimed music from your video: https://goo.gl/af3ZJu ? Also, share the video URL for us to take a look. Thanks.

The help centre told me to go to video manager, press the down button next to edit & I'll be able to find the audio edit that way. But nothing is there. When I got into edit, no video shows. Link is below, time song shows is 37:33 - 37:47 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hmjM1FbPzhk …

That's odd. Have you tried using another browser/device? We also recommend clearing cache and cookies and then try again. Keep us posted.

Thanks so much for your help! I have a final question. The video isn't showing up on my channel at all but is in my backroom dashboard, is that just because of the copyright claim?

Hmm, could you try switching your video privacy settings, signing out of your account and signing back in to see if it makes a difference? Also, you can check if there are any restrictions on the video from the claimant. Let us know how it goes.

Tried the video settings and nothing changed. Tried signing out and with a different account and it's not there. There are no viewing restrictions according to the copyright claim page either.

To help the right team better investigate, can you send a feedback report from the device/account having the issue? Steps here: https://goo.gl/WdI0BK . You may not receive an individual response, but the details will help us identify and fix any issues. Thanks.

Just wanted to give you an update: I emailed the address you gave me & told them what was going on & received an email all about Copyright laws & not the issue I was having. I also tried the "remove song" button in the copyright claim page & all it did was bring up a error page
