    "Spite" sums up why I reverse engineered undocumented MS-DOS back in the day, though it helped me document what I found when I learnt about Ralf Brown's Interrupt List and could submit findings & corrections there. 😀 [typos corrected]

    Just noticed my absolute favorite answer in the RE survey () results so far: Q: "Why do you reverse engineer?" A: "Spite." (Default choices were "work", "fun", and a few others but now I want to add "spite" to the official list next year)
