It is not possible. iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 models do not have FM radio chips in them nor do they have antennas designed to support FM signals

@fcc and@AjitPaiFCC need to mandate FM chips in cell devices for emergencies. -

O, I'm really curious: why do you need FM radio on phone, when there's internet radio? Not trolling, really want to know the benefits?
