This morning I saw my sister was still on 11.x, so I shamed her into turning on auto-updates (also had to convince her that iOS 12 was great and wouldn’t mess anything up). It’ll be at least 80.0000001% by tomorrow morning ;)

My device can't run iOS12 (iPhone 4s. Perfectly working and can't afford a grand for a new phone). My iPad 2 was virtually forced to update, it now runs like fudge pushing through congealed treacle. Oh, and you can't put it back. Awesome. Let's not talk about all the T2 issues.

If you’re happy with 4s performance you might consider a second-user 5s/SE (assuming you love the smaller size phones). Should run iOS 12 perfectly, and not break the bank.
