    Prime Minister can you please post your draft terms of reference for this Royal Commission? Public needs to see your lines of inquiry. Will it include the extent to which climate change exacerbates extreme weather events now and into the future?

    I intend to advise the Governor-General to appoint former Chief of the Defence Force Mark Binskin to lead the Commission, which will shine a light on what needs to be done to make our country safer and our communities more resilient.
