Of course it doesn't match what the government claims. They're mission here is outrageously flawed in its original concept & their daily management reflects tht. This young man paid with his life. Never should have happened. Never.

I think he crossed with his adult sister (from what i read on the article), she probably feels guilty because she lead him there. This whole thing is just awful
