What do you mean by "felt temperature"? Some sort of human intuition for comparisons like "twice as hot"? I can sort of appreciate that. That would fit with 0°F being about as cold as you can feel the difference... not that I have any experience of subzero °F temperatures...
It is hard to define, but: Up to about 100 F is kind of bearable, above it is very hot for longer exposures. Same with 0 F. And one F difference can be felt and 1 C difference is already "much"... So yes, I would prefer Fahrenheit for daily life...
