i read your “joke” as passive-aggressive and unprofessional, which i assume you didn’t intend

the second tweet, apparently deleted, seemed to indirectly propose a conspiracy by the scaladays committee. i’m not sure i can give a compelling distinction though: one person’s indirectness is direct to other listeners

we may have different definitions. it seemed a bit indirect to me, maybe that’s a better descriptor. the tweet itself is deleted, so we could kindly think it was a mistake to have written, or unkindly think its deletion is merely damage control

They also don't want to hear about writing apps for Android :/
