No, it's completely fine! Part of it is definitely about motivation, and seeing a slow daily downward trend of about 100g/day does wonders for encouragement, when your goal is weightloss!

Yep. And I need to pick my exit point carefully, and not overcompensate afterwards! Though I do want to be able to eat more, generally! Your Instagram posts really don't help with temptation... ;)

Can you elaborate on how to exactly train the metabolism? Do you mean „workout —> more muscle mass —> more burning fat“? Or do you have any other tips? Btw: have you seen “fat, sick and nearly dead”? They drank all sorts of juices all the time & got lots of nutrients that way.

BTW so many people think they are eating healthy and nutrient dense foods but they are not. if you're an active person the amount of calories you are allowed to eat each day are a lot,if you eat the right food. Nutrient food keeps you full for longer keeps your blood sugar stable

Thanks! I always had trouble gaining muscle mass although I’m quite active. And strength training is the worst for me, because I get sore muscles from hell ;-) I think I need to check my diet. Maybe I eat the wrong things
