And when I do start eating more, the plan is to combine it with more exercise, too... The first time I fasted, I lost about 10kg and put on about 3kg when I started eating normally again.
Yep. :) Unlike @FloWi, I am quite lucky in that I seem to gain muscle mass quite easily.

And still men ( with help from testosterone) build muscle mass so much faster than women. Took me years too get the definition

Lucky you - when I started climbing I plateaued (is that a verb?) after reaching the 4+/5- grade. Our trainer then said that I should check if I eat enough proteins. That definitely helped. Have to keep an eye on that.

Getting enough protein in your system is quite hard, especially as you develop more muscle and you'll start needing more protein. Unless you like to eat 7 chicken breasts a day, you have to supplement a bit with protein shakes
