Yes that is true.But in general strength training is so underrated. If you ask anyone they'll tell you they do cardio because they want to burn calories. Cardio makes you miserable and you barely see results. to see results much faster you have to combine it with weights.

Yes absolutely one of the most common misconceptions on nutrition is that eating a lot of fruit (or drinking it) is healthy. Yes it is better than a processed chocolate bar but fruit Is basically filled of sugar. Also juices are meant to be made of vegetables not fruit
