Losing weight isn't easy, but it is simple: I ate just one normal-sized meal a day for the last six weeks, and I've lost 7kg. First two weeks were hard, but it was quite easy after that. Going somewhere unfamiliar made it easier to break old, bad eating habits. Ask me anything.
No, it's completely fine! Part of it is definitely about motivation, and seeing a slow daily downward trend of about 100g/day does wonders for encouragement, when your goal is weightloss!

Yep. And I need to pick my exit point carefully, and not overcompensate afterwards! Though I do want to be able to eat more, generally! Your Instagram posts really don't help with temptation... ;)
