Losing weight isn't easy, but it is simple: I ate just one normal-sized meal a day for the last six weeks, and I've lost 7kg. First two weeks were hard, but it was quite easy after that. Going somewhere unfamiliar made it easier to break old, bad eating habits. Ask me anything.

I see it as two separate concerns: 1. what you eat and how much you exercise, and 2. how you deal with the challenge of (1) mentally. (1) is really simple; (2) is hard, and it seems like most diet plans do broadly the same for (1) but offer differ in the ideas they offer for (2).

Haven't you you been to the food stalls at the Jemaa el-Fnaa? Easy to overeat there.

It would have been difficult if I had found them in the first two weeks, probably! But right now, I feel I could turn down anything, if it meant an extra 0.1kg off the number on the scales the next morning... ;)
