Losing weight isn't easy, but it is simple: I ate just one normal-sized meal a day for the last six weeks, and I've lost 7kg. First two weeks were hard, but it was quite easy after that. Going somewhere unfamiliar made it easier to break old, bad eating habits. Ask me anything.

And when I do start eating more, the plan is to combine it with more exercise, too... The first time I fasted, I lost about 10kg and put on about 3kg when I started eating normally again.

We are all so different so everyone has to find the way that works for them, but fasting still sounds bad to me, I'm sorry. I do understand it's the only way you've seen results, so that motivates you to do it. Make sure you get nutrient rich foods ( both macro and micronutrients
