Somewhat impopular opinion: remote working has its perks, but working on site is pretty great too: you get to hang out with a bunch of smart people, draw on a whiteboard together, chat about an idea while having a break, catch a beer after work
Oh, my objection is mainly my inability to write on a vertical surface, and the fact you can't easily save a copy... ;) No problem with digital variants!

Hehe here we have different opinions then. Digital tools are usually very lacking when it comes to mapping my mental model. Drawing helps and I even master vertical surfaces :D
