Somewhat impopular opinion: remote working has its perks, but working on site is pretty great too: you get to hang out with a bunch of smart people, draw on a whiteboard together, chat about an idea while having a break, catch a beer after work
My own unpopular opinion on this: pencil and paper is much better than a whiteboard for fewer than four people. :)
Ah yes, totally sold on this. I even keep my todo lists on a piece of paper. For as good as digital tools can be, the physical world still a much more rewarding and effective interactions.
