So, all being well, I'm going to publish Magnolia today, but I have some dependencies to resolve! Is it possible to have two separate SBT projects whose submodules form a DAG, but with dependencies in both directions at the project level?
Incidentally, Magnolia actually has zero dependencies, but SBT seem seems to want to resolve the (unpublished) dependencies of all my not-to-be-published-yet submodules before letting me publish Magnolia.

I just cloned magnolia and 'update' doesn't even go through. I don't think you can make that work. The easiest workaround is to use another testing library for magnolia.
