I just stumbled across two archaic English words: overmorrow and ereyesterday. Or, "the day after tomorrow" and "the day before yesterday".

For day to day needs, IMHO Italian is easier than German but way more difficult than English.

Except for the part that Italian is phonetic and English is so not. Also I wonder which is more regular grammatically.
