I never tried it with ScalaJS (that's what you were stuck on, right?) but I'm throwing an sbt plugin into the mix for good measure.
I was trying to compile for ScalaJS, and 2.10, 2.11 & 2.12. If you can cross-publish all those AND Native in 45mins, I'll make you a cake!

I'll do 2.10 & 2.12 (main project; sbt plugin 2.10 only) but I never used ScalaJS. Maybe
