I disagree. TSV makes it easy to think you can just mkString("\t") or split("\t") instead of actually parsing.
Oh, I'm being naive...can't you? Or do you just mean you might have tabs in your cells?

Right. Or you might have newlines that require quotes or all manner of things. Easy to make an unparesable file!

Right. I was working on the assumption that the only whitespace in the cells is spaces. But sure, that might be presumptuous. ;)

also, I do like TSV more than CSV, but they're all kind of terrible. And TSV is just easily abused.
