No. Vague accusations of "lying" without citing evidence don't benefit you or anyone else. You would argue for better than that.

It would help if you don't tell people that they are constructing a conspiracy. You are not entitled to evidence. It's a choice.
I'm telling you how you are perceived externally. That's useful to you because it helps you put out a better perception next time.
