last time my card was cancelled was because the Google Play Store charged me 0$, and the bank found it suspicious
To paraphrase my bank, "we noticed you've made a lot of conference-related transactions recently so our fraud department stopped your card."

That *is* suspicious! The Scala World website has a bug where it *tries* that, and throws an exception. Why no exception, Google?!
