If I write a book about how egregiously hard it is to release software to Maven Central using SBT, will you write the foreword, @extempore2?

@propensive@extempore2 Go the bintray, I find it easier.
@dwijnand @extempore2 I think SBT might work this time, though. It required about 12 calls to `sbt release`, and one to `killall - 9 java`.

@propensive Most of my releases take about 2 minutes for `sbt +publishSigned`, 30s to click buttons on the sonatype website, & 15min to sync -
